The chemical constitution of Al2O3 is composed of 96.3%, SiO2 at 1.4%, Fe2O3 at 0.21%, and TiO2 at 1.5%.
In terms of physical properties, the appearance of Al2O3 is brown. The Mohs hardness is 9. It has a true density of 3.9 g/cm3, and a bulk density of 1.60~1.95g/cm3. The Ig-Loss is 0.09%.
